1. Definitions

• Application: Refers to all software and services under the InventoLink project
• User Account: Refers to the account created by users to access the app
• Service: Refers to all features, functions, and content provided by the application

2. Use of the Application

• The app is intended for individual use to manage and track income, expenses, and other financial activities.
• You agree to use the app lawfully and ethically, and not to use it for any purpose that is illegal, unauthorized, or harmful to others.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality within the app—including but not limited to logos, software, and visual design—are the exclusive property of Wealtrix or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Wealtrix may offer optional premium features through a subscription. Pricing and terms will be clearly displayed in the app.
• All payments are processed through third-party platforms such as the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
• No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

7. Termination and Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or security concerns.
• You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealtrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app or on our website, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or third-party breaches.
